Members can now find you in the Fit+ app and check in when they visit.

How check-in works
Check-in at your venue is simple.
A member arrives
Members discover your venue in the Fit+ app and come to train, move, or recover.
They scan the QR code
Members check in by scanning the QR code at your venue using the Fit+ app or their phone camera.
Access is confirmed
After the scan, confirmation appears in the app. All visits are tracked automatically; no manual logging is required.
You receive a visit confirmation
You will receive an email confirming the visit each time a member checks in.

Your Fit+ kit
Your Fit+ welcome kit helps members check in at your venue just place the QR code somewhere visible so they can scan it through the app upon arrival. Inside the kit you'll find:

No. Fit+ pays your gym for each customer’s visit. A customer’s visit is recorded and will be used by us for payment.
Every time a Fit+ member checks in by scanning the QR code at your location, the visit is automatically recorded in the Fit+ system. You will also receive an automatic email confirmation for each completed visit, giving you real-time visibility into member activity at your venue.
Partners are paid via bank transfer directly to the bank account they have provided to Fit+ monthly.
Fit+ uses an automated usage-based payout system. Every member subscription is distributed between the locations the member uses during the month.
For example:
- If a member visits only one gym, that gym receives the largest share of the payout linked to that member.
- If a member visits multiple gyms, the payout is divided between those locations based on usage.
The more members use your location, the larger your share of the monthly payout pool. Refer to our partner agreement for more details about the revenue shares and payout.
No. The payout system is fully automated. Visits, reporting, and payout calculations are handled automatically through the Fit+ system.
You currently receive an automatic check-in confirmation email every time a Fit+ member visits their location. This helps you follow activity in real time during the current rollout stage. In the near future, your partner dashboard will house all the information you need about visits and your payments.
At the beginning of each month, we will also send you a report summarizing the previous month’s visits.
Payouts are processed approximately 15 days after the purchase order is issued.
This gives our team enough time to verify reporting and ensure everything is accurate before payment is completed.
