
Fit+ App Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 06 March 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and SweatWorks Oy, a company incorporated under the laws of Finland with business ID 3544330-3, operating the Fit+ platform under the Fit+ brand.
Throughout these Terms, references to “Fit+”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to SweatWorks Oy acting through the Fit+ platform.
By creating an Account, accessing the Fit+ App, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.
“Account”
The personal user account created within the Fit+ App in order to access and use the Services.
“App”
The Fit+ mobile application available on iOS and Android devices.
“Company” or “Fit+”
Refers to SweatWorks Oy, business ID 3544330-3, operating the Fit+ platform and services under the Fit+ brand.
“Partner Facilities”
Independent third-party gyms, fitness studios, wellness centres, sports clubs, or other physical facilities participating in the Fit+ network.
“Services”
The functionality provided through the Fit+ Website and App that provides users to discover and access Partner Facilities within the Fit+ network.
“Sponsor”
An employer, company, or organisation that provides access to Fit+ as part of a corporate benefit programme.
“Tier”
An access plan that determines the scope of Partner Facilities within the Fit+ network that a user may access.
“User” or “you”
An individual who creates an Account and uses the Services.
“Website”
The Fit+ website located at https://www.fitplus.co
2. Scope of Service / General Information
These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- the Fit+ Website; and
- the Fit+ mobile App.
The Services enable users to discover and access Partner Facilities offering fitness, wellness, and sports activities.
Fit+ acts solely as a platform facilitating access to Partner Facilities. Fit+ does not operate the facilities themselves unless expressly stated.
These Terms constitute pre-contractual information in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and other applicable EU legislation.
The Privacy Policy available at

forms an integral part of these Terms.
Marketplace Clarification
Fit+ operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates discovery of and access to Partner Facilities. The physical services and activities accessed through the platform are provided directly by the Partner Facilities, which operate independently from Fit+. Fit+ does not provide or operate the underlying fitness, sports, or wellness services offered at those locations.
3. Platform Distribution and Store Providers
The App may be distributed through third-party application marketplaces including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
These Terms apply between you and Fit+.
You acknowledge that:
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services
- Fit+ is solely responsible for operating the platform
Users downloading the App must also comply with the terms of the relevant app store.
4. License Grant
Fit+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App for personal purposes.
The App is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
- copy or modify the App
- reverse engineer the software
- distribute the App
- allow third parties to use your Account
All intellectual property rights remain with Fit+.
5. Account Creation
To access the Services you must create an Account within the App.
You must provide accurate information including:
- name
- city of residence
- email address
- phone number
- password
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account.
By registering you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Fit+ may request identity verification where necessary.
7. Account Deactivation
You may deactivate your Account at any time through the App settings.
Upon deactivation:
- access to Services may end
- unused benefits may expire
Fit+ may retain certain data where required by law.
8. Tiers – Access Plans
Access to certain Partner Facilities within the Fit+ network may require an active Tier that determines the scope of facilities available to the user.
The Tier determines eligibility to access participating Partner Facilities within the Fit+ network.
The App itself does not unlock paid digital functionality or digital content.
It functions solely as a tool that enables users to locate and access participating physical facilities.
Tiers may be:
- purchased directly by a user; or
- provided through a Sponsor under a separate agreement.
9. Corporate or Sponsored Access
Some users receive access through an agreement between Fit+ and a Sponsor, such as an employer.
In such cases:
- the Sponsor may provide Tiers for employees
- eligibility may depend on criteria set by the Sponsor
- commercial terms are governed by a separate agreement between Fit+ and the Sponsor
Users remain subject to these Terms when using the Services.
10. Employee Eligibility
Eligibility to use the Services through a Sponsor may depend on employment status or other criteria defined by the Sponsor.
Fit+ may rely on information provided by the Sponsor to determine eligibility.
If a user:
- leaves the Sponsor organisation
- no longer meets eligibility criteria
- is removed from the Sponsor programme
Fit+ may suspend or terminate access.
Users whose eligibility ends may be offered the option to continue using Fit+ independently.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account or using the Services you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
Fit+ may update these Terms when necessary.
Users will be notified of material changes.
13. Access to Partner Facilities
Access may require scanning a QR code or similar authentication method within the App.
Users must comply with the rules and policies of each Partner Facility.
Fit+ is not responsible for:
- personal belongings
- facility rules
- facility availability
14. Technical Requirements
The App requires:
- a compatible smartphone
- internet connection
- camera capable of scanning QR codes
- supported operating systems
Fit+ does not guarantee compatibility with outdated devices or operating systems.
15. Promotional Campaigns
Fit+ may organise promotional campaigns offering temporary benefits.
Campaigns may be modified or terminated unless benefits were already granted.
16. Limitation of Services
Partner Facilities are independent third parties.
Fit+ does not control:
- facility operations
- equipment
- instructors
- safety standards
17. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.
Fit+ does not provide medical advice.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
Partner Facilities are responsible for safety within their premises.
18. Assumption of Risk
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at Partner Facilities.
Fit+ does not supervise training sessions or certify instructors.
19. No Professional Advice
Information available through the App is provided for informational purposes only.
Fit+ does not provide professional fitness, medical, or nutritional advice.
20. Account Security and Access Credentials
Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Prohibited actions include:
- sharing QR codes
- allowing others to use your account
- manipulating access systems
- creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
Fit+ may suspend accounts suspected of misuse.
Partner Facilities may request identification to verify that the person accessing the facility is the registered Account holder.
21. Prohibition of Resale or Commercial Use
Fit+ access rights are strictly personal.
Users may not resell, transfer, or commercially exploit access to the Services.
22. Fraud and Abuse
Fit+ may investigate suspected misuse.
Confirmed abuse may result in suspension or termination of Accounts.
23. Service Availability
Fit+ strives to ensure reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
24. Force Majeure
Fit+ is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.
25. Changes to the Partner Facility Network
The network of Partner Facilities may change over time.
Removal of a specific facility does not entitle users to a refund provided that access to the overall network remains available.
26. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Users should contact Fit+ before initiating payment disputes.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of the Account.
27. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Consumers may contact Fit+ to resolve disputes.

28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland.
