Delete your Fit+ account

We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Fit+ account and the personal data linked to it.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Who can request deletion

Any registered Fit+ user can request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

How to delete your Fit+ account

You can request account deletion in one of the following ways.

Option 1: Delete your account in the Fit+ app (recommended)

If you still have access to the app:

  1. Open the Fit+ app

  2. Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm

This is the fastest way to delete your account.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

Send an email to support@fitplus.co with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • The email address used for your Fit+ account

  • Your full name (if provided in the app)

  • The name of the application (Fit+)

For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted

Once your deletion request is confirmed, we permanently delete or anonymise the following data linked to your account:

  • Account details such as email address, name, and profile image

  • Login and authentication data, including Apple or Google sign-in identifiers

  • User profile information and preferences

  • App usage and activity data linked to your account

  • Device identifiers used by the app, where applicable

After deletion, you will no longer be able to access Fit+ or use the app.

Data we may need to keep

In some cases, we are required to retain limited data for a defined period. This may include:

  • Transaction records and access logs needed for accounting, partner compensation, or fraud prevention

  • Information required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations

Any retained data is stored securely, access-restricted, and deleted once the required retention period ends. Retained data is never used for marketing or profiling.

Deletion timeline

  • Your account access is removed once the deletion request is confirmed

  • Full deletion is completed within 30 days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been fully deleted.
